• Color & Design Approval: Please ensure you are satisfied with your nail color, shape, length, and design before leaving the salon. Once approved and completed, any changes requested may be considered a new service and additional charges may apply.
• Exclusions: The 7-day service guarantee does not apply to regular polish services, polish changes, children’s services, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.

• Pre-Care: Please avoid washing your hair for 24–48 hours before your appointment and avoid excessive scalp exfoliation prior to service.
• Attire: Clients may be asked to change into a provided robe for comfort during treatment.
• Valuables: Please keep personal belongings with you at all times. The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Age Requirement: Head Spa services are available for guests aged 12 years and older.

• Fill vs. Full Set Policy: Lash fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. A full set may be required if less than 40–50% of lash extensions remain, or if more than 3–4 weeks have passed since the last appointment.
• Eye Sensitivity: Clients with known eye sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions must inform their lash technician before service.
• Medical Conditions: Clients with diabetes, circulation concerns, skin conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or other medical conditions are encouraged to inform our staff before services begin. For safety reasons, certain services may be modified or declined.
